Fresno Lot Buyer › Privacy
What we do with what you send us.
This site is run by Casa Fresco Group LLC. It exists so that owners of Fresno property can tell us about it. Here is what happens to what you send.
- The form
What you type into the form is stored by Netlify, which hosts this site, and emailed to the two of us, Sam Fox Brennan and Eduardo Cota. We use it to look at the property and reply to you, and to follow up on what you asked about. We do not sell it, share it with other buyers or add you to any list.
The form also records which page you were on and, if you arrived from one of our mailings or ads, a short code that tells us which one. That is all.
- Calls and texts
The number on this site rings our own phones. If you text us we may text you back about the property you asked about. We do not text or call anyone who has not contacted us first, and if you tell us to stop, we stop.
- What the site collects on its own
Nothing. There are no advertising trackers and no analytics scripts on this site. Netlify keeps ordinary server logs for a short time, as every host does.
- Deleting what you sent
Email casafrescogroup@gmail.com and we delete it.
